Standard Transport Group | Survey for evaluating and improving health promotion activities
CoWell is a virtual office that integrates internal communication and health management for Standard Transport Group. Rather than directly telling employees to "be healthy," our purpose is to create moments where each person thinks "maybe I'll give it a try" inside the company.
The company's ultimate KPI is reducing the number of employees flagged as red/yellow in annual health checkups. The first step toward that goal is understanding how each person engages with health information — that is, their "health literacy".
This survey is conducted to evaluate health promotion activities and guide future improvements. Participation is voluntary, and there will be no disadvantage if you choose not to respond. All results are aggregated so that individuals cannot be identified.
